I have over 45 years experience in Remodeling and Home Inspection, and I'm proud to be a BBB Accredited Business. I specialize in Bathroom, Kitchen, Basement, and Room Remodeling. Our services include: Master carpentry (framing, trim, doors, etc.), Tile work, Drywall finishing & repair, and Interior painting. With a net work of contractors for plumbing, electric, concrete, siding, and windows. We offer full service to handle all your remodeling and repair/up keep needs.
As a Home Inspector I use all of my years as a contractor, and inspection training to give the best home inspection I can. I provide an easy to read computer generated report with many pictures showing any issues found, and point out any areas found that may be of future concern, as well as tips on maintenance. For most of us buying a home is the largest investment we will ever make, and you want and deserve the best home inspection you can get.

Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
The Business started in 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
Home Improvement, Home Inspection, Pre-sale & Pre-purchase Home Inspections, Pre-sale repairs & improvements; Remodeling Bathrooms, Handicap Bathrooms, Kitchens, and Basement Remodeling.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always loved working with my hands and interacting with people. I take a lot of pride in perfecting my craft and doing a good job. I have worked as a Painter, Tile Layer, Drywall Finisher, but primarily as a Carpenter/Master Carpenter. I have performed both new construction, and remodeling, include running multi million dollar housing projects.
HOME INSPECTIONS, I had done home inspections for friends and family for years, even before it was something people thought about. To make sure they knew what they were getting themselves into. It wasn't hard for me to decide I needed to become licensed as a home inspector so I could help others making such a large investment.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
What I believe sets me apart is, my attention to detail, being organized, and my planning skills. I have always been really good at problem solving. I do the work myself except for things like plumbing and electric. I believe when doing a project there are somethings that should be done by the people that only do that kind of work. I try to keep my customers involved in the project as it is being done, so they understand what is being done, and they can let me know if they have any questions or concerns. That way I can answer those questions or concerns, and if needed, make corrections rather then letting things go and waiting until the end of the job. I do everything I can as a contractor to keep things clean and organized as possible during the project. This is something I have received a great deal of compliments on from my customers. Perhaps the biggest thing is my honesty and trustworthiness. I have a great relationship with my customers, and they know that they can trust having me in their home. Often while they are off at work. Also, they know that I am a man of my word, and that I do what I say, and I will do the job right. I have never let anyone down. It just isn't in my nature.
HOME INSPECTIONS: I give a very detailed inspection and easy to read inspection report. I like to have the customer with me when doing the inspection, so I can explain things as we go. When ever possible I will inspect the roof by getting up on the roof, and will inspect all attics, and crawlspaces I can get in. I research all mechanical equipment so customers have all available information I can find. Most inspections take 3 to 4 hours to complete. and another 3 to 4 hours to generate a comprehensive inspection report. I always advise prospective customers, that paying $500 or $600 for inspection does not guarantee a good inspection, or that an inspector will see everything, but paying less will guarantee not get a good inspection given the time and work that goes into a good inspection.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am a small local business, and I do not have a show room. I do not plan to expand, as I prefer giving each of my customers the same personal and friendly service and my many years of experience.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The satisfaction my customers have when the job is finished. The fact that many of my customers are repeat customers, and they refer me to their friends, and family. I have had many customers who appreciate that I work with them when they have a tight budget. Mostly I am a person who gets great pleasure from making people happy, and completing really nice jobs that will stand the test of time. Many of my customers seem to always tell me I am their, "Go to guy".
HOME INSPECTIONS: Here is an email I received from one of my inspection customers that says it all;
Would just like to thank you for all your help. Your service definitely paid for itself by many folds! You are awesome! I will try to write a review for your company where ever I can. Oh, my dad really thought you did a great job too!

A couple of months after giving one inspection, I received a call from the seller of that property. They wanted me to do an inspection on the house they were then buying, because they had seen the inspection report I had done for the buyer on the house they had sold, and they were so impressed, they got my information, and knew I was the inspector they wanted to use.
