Dr. Roger J. Oldham is a board certified plastic surgeon in the Washington, DC, area who has been in private practice since 1977. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Georgetown University’s Department of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Oldham earned his medical degree from Indiana University. He then completed his internship and the first half of his general surgery residency at George Washington University, before entering the U.S. Navy. Dr. Oldham served in Vietnam from 1971-1972, where he was awarded the Bronze Star, and then at the Long Beach Naval Hospital upon his return to the United States. Following military service, Dr. Oldham completed the second half of his general surgery residency at George Washington and then elected to complete a second residency focused specifically on plastic surgery at the University of Illinois.
