What is your primary product or service?
Maryland's oldest and largest independent aftermarket shop for your one stop custom, service, performance and insurance repair needs for all American V-Twins. S&S Protuning Center, Thundermax certified, specialists in Harley Davidson and Big Dog motorcycles.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started as a certified auto mechanic and had my own business but when computers started running cars I changed my profession to motorcycles which was a hobby.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The many years of being in this business and providing excellent customer service. I educate my customers on what all of there options are, I return all old parts to them and list what future repairs will be needed.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location that is 10,000 sq. ft.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Closest intersection is Rt 32 and Rt 170 (Telegraph Road). From Rt 32 go North and we are located about 200 yards on the left.
What type of payments do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, check, cash
Which areas do you service?
Anyone with an American V-Twin motorcycle
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Roy Chamberlin is the owner and is there every day.
