How long have you been in business?
Shop has been in Annapolis for over 35 years. I've owned the business since 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a quick printer, so anything a business or organization would like to have personalized. Stationery, folders, postcards, flyers, promotional products, checks, name tags and other items that they would like their logo or business information printed.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a health care consultant to the Military Health System. I was looking for a small business to purchase where my business and customer service skills would be an asset and I certainly found it. I've been very happy with my decision to become a small business owner.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Seems like everyone says "customer service" but it's true. We try to make the purchase of printing and digital copy services as painless as possible for our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one, and we have no plans to add other locations.
Provide detailed directions to your location
In 2012 we moved to our new location that offers free parking. We are in the Annapolis Design District, at 111 Chinquapin Round Rd, Suite 102, you would turn on Virginia Ave and make an immediate left into our parking lot. You can park right in front of our door.
What type of payments do you accept?
cash, credit accounts, VISA, MC, Discover and AX
Which areas do you service?
We service clients from Northern Virginia up to the BWI Airport, the Eastern Shore and Southern Maryland. We ship presentations and marketing materials across the states and Canada.

Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00

That we were able to take the stress out the print process. They knew that we'd take care of everything for them.
